            sorry the last part of the letter makes think of the old joke, i'll adapt it some: if a griz is attacking use the epa approved bear spray to spray your friend. and run like hell because if you sprayed it at the bear it wouldn't work and cost way to much to ever be effective[beam] MUCH LIKE THE EPA[beam][beam][beam]

            JustUS4All, Mr. Guthrie was referring to the one truck driver who got a cash bonus for hauling the one-millionth cubic yard. His letter does not impugn the character of the truck drivers, or even the one driver who got the bonus. Mr. Guthrie is clearly taking issue with the EPA, not the workers. You might want to read his letter again.

            Obviously you haven't spoken to the employee's of Environmental Restoration (ER), also known as the truck drivers...they lost $5.00 an hour; so ask yourself, who are the individuals making the between the lines, it's not the employees.
