‘Spooktacular Show’ to raise money for Libby Youth Center

The Libby Youth Center will hold its first “Spooktacular Show” 6 p.m. Oct. 21, 2017 at the K.W. Maki Theatre at 724 Louisiana Ave. in Libby.

“This is a spooky October fun show filled with thrills, chills, skits, and eerie music that the whole family can enjoy,” a news release states. “All performances will be performed by local students with a special guest, Keith Meyers.”

The show will serve as a fundraiser to support the center’s winter operating costs. Admission for everyone 12 and older will be a $5.00 donation. Fifty-fifty raffle tickets will also be sold at the door.

Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes, for there will be a costume contest with winners selected from multiple categories. There will also be a carved pumpkin context at 5:30 p.m.

“Please use your imagination and bring your pre-carved pumpkins to enter the contest,” the news release states. “We will judge the best pumpkin during the show then you may take them back at the end of the show.”
