Sheryl E. Eberly, 61, of Libby died June 28, 2009 at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital.
She was born on July 18, 1947 at Sioux Falls, S.D. to Willis L. and Beth (Puckett) Dempewolf. She attended schools in Sioux Falls.
She married Donald C. Eberly on June 10, 1967 at Bellingham, Wash. After living in Washington until 1980, the couple moved to Montana.
She graduated from Flathead Valley Community College with a degree in business management in 1987.
Mrs. Eberly loved to crochet, play bingo and spend time with her kids and grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Survivors include her children, Easter Eberly of Hayden, Idaho; Paula Paasch and husband Colby of Troy; Lance Eberly of Libby; sisters, Rhonda Shelly of Kennewick, Wash.; and Lori Muscott of Michigan; brothers, Rocky Dempewolf of Texas; Randy Dempewolf of Libby; and Danny Dempewolf of Libby; and four grandchildren, Kayla, Brenna, Skye and DJ.
Visitation was scheduled for Thursday, July 2 from 4-6 p.m. at the Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby. Services will be Friday, July 3 at 11 a.m. at the City of Libby Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
