Victoria Hibpshman, foreground, and Josie Girod, owners of 7 Seeds Specialty Coffee in Libby, opened their business July 14. Located at 903 A Mineral Ave. at the corner of Highway 2 and Mineral Avenue, their shop offers sandiwches and pastries in additional to coffee and specialty drinks.
