Hageness tosses no-hitter for Libby

LIBBY — Khalyn Hageness tossed a no-hitter and Madisen Monigold went 2 for 4 and drove in three runs as Libby blanked Ronan 10-0 in the Class B softball regular-season finals for both teams.

Libby (15-5) will host Western B-C Divisional play, which starts Friday. Eight teams will be competing, four advance to state.

Hageness (15-4) struck out 10 batters and walked three.

It was her second no-hitter of the season.

She also singled in a run.

Libby is the top seed for the divisional tournament.
